The Fire Station Negaunee is our only location that offers medical marijuana products, which means medicinal patients have access to a wider selection of cannabis that may not be available for adult use sales.

They have a great selection and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This location seems to have better prices than the Marquette store. The gal who helped me out was so nice.
Quality products. And they deliver to Bessemer and Ironwood a couple times a week for no extra charge. The delivery timing is a bit unorganized, sort of like waiting for the cable guy. It could be all day or just a couple hours. Adjust your schedule as if you are going to be waiting all day. But the convenience of having it brought your door is worth not having to deal with the local dispensary with a long wait and surly employees and lower quality products. Their customer service is very professional. Driver was a sweetheart. All in all, free delivery of superior products makes it totally worth the wait. Even when there are more dispensaries on the western UP, I would still use Firehouse.
I love them so much. I rely on them for the deals and to get to my area every time I need a order. Thank you all so much, and big shout out to Ashley in delivery for always being so polite and friendly!
Very poor customer skills. They service underage kids. & think they own the whole street. You should drive on past & go to the next cannabis store. You’ll get better service & product there. & to the store owner, no need to “thank me for my opinion” lol. U run your business like a clueless child.

This was mine & my fiancés first time in a dispensary since we’re from a non- legal state. Instantly we were impressed. Originally decided to stop in because it was 20 mins closer than my other option. But it being the 1st time I've ever actually came to a dispensary I felt it a bit intimated. Kelsey made me feel at ease and I was able to find what worked out perfect for me. And even with it being 4/20 I was able to get in and out quick enough to be on my way as I live 2 hours away 😆Thanks Kelsey
Overall experience was not the best. No complaints in terms of product quality however customer service could be better. The bud tender who “assisted” me kept conversation to a minimum & essentially just stared at me as I blankly perused the limited medical options. From my experiences with shopping at other dispensaries, I have always felt welcome by bud tenders and they have gone out of their way to recommend products after telling them what I’m looking for. I’m sure everybody at the location does not behave in this manner, but my first time experience was not a great one.

Clean store, weird location on the roundabout, staff wasn't the most chipper. Asked about an industry discount and they didn't know if they offered that discount. Didn't even bother asking a manager.
Kyle was so awesome! He was super knowledgeable and extremely personable! It was my first time at the Fire Station and if I told him what effect I wanted, he could produce options. Will absolutely go back because of such a great team!
Where's dispensary has been in Michigan, I went in the side door accidentally it was open never been there before, which led me into their sales area, I felt like I was scolded for their security failing. I then was ushered to the counter at the front, greeted by a very attentive greeting person, then out comes to manager because I have a an Ohio medical marijuana card oh, live in Florida Ohio and Main, would not allow me to use my medical card, all they want is your money. The less places like this in the industry the better things will get for everyone. Greed is the number one killer of the Cannabis industry in the United States of America, thank you and God bless please stay away from this place

Outstanding service! Their home delivery is very helpful for I am too crippled-up to travel. The staff are knowledgable and answer all my questions. I am a repeat custom for they have the edibles I need to help with my arthritis. Very grateful for all their help!

The Fire Station is hands down one of the best dispos around. Every time I visit I am incredibly impressed! My favorite bud tender is Natalie, as she is especially great at what she does. She’s beyond efficient & knowledgeable about any and all products that meet my recreational and medicinal needs. She is also incredibly personable and I am always guaranteed to leave with a smile on my face! If I could give 6 stars I would!
The best shop around and it’s completely local! They make it super easy and have an awesome system to get people through quickly. I’ve been helped by Chelsea a handful of times and she is always excellent! Super quick and always super helpful. Never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
Tfs Marquette is my favorite cannabis retailer, not just in the area, ever. Everyone there is insanely educated on the product, super helpful and patient. Dan is one of my favorite bud tenders and learns his regulars names and life stories so we always have something extra to talk about. I always recommend those who are new to the plant to go inside and just chat with the staff. They will know the right direction to point you in based on your desired outcome. Prices are equal to other retailers in the area and the loyalty points system is great and easy to use.
