Let's get you those rewards
Here’s how to access your loyalty wallet:
- Visit thefirestation.com/loyalty and click Login
- Click Create a Password at top, under Login
- Enter the phone number or email associated with your account and choose a password
- Must be at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 symbol
- Click Save New Password
- Receive and enter 6 digit code to either the email or number you entered
- Click Verify
If you have trouble accessing your wallet, here’s how to reset your password:
- Visit thefirestation.com/loyalty and click Login
- Click Forgot Password under the Login button
- Enter the email or number we have on file on our end
- Click Send Pin
- Once received, enter 6 digit pin code, click Verify
- Choose and enter your new password, click Submit
