Loyalty Program Questions
No. Each wallet is unique to a phone number. One phone number is acceptable per profile.
Yes! You can collect and redeem points under a single loyalty account at any TFS location.
Yes, customers must sign up for our loyalty program to start collecting points. Click here to sign up.
Yes, customers can earn and redeem points for both online orders and in-store purchase from participating TFS locations.
The Fire Station loyalty program is open to customers 21 years or older for recreational purchases, or 18 years or order for medical purchases.
Directions on how to refer friends can be found on our website’s loyalty program page.
You’ll need to start by accessing your loyalty wallet, selecting the ‘Refer a Friend’ tab, then copying your referral link. This link can be shared through text message, email, or social media.
Once your friend signs up for loyalty AND spends $100 by using that link, you will see your 150 loyalty points added to your wallet.
Ordering, Pickup and Delivery Questions
There is a 16% tax (6% Michigan sales tax + 10% excise tax) on all recreational products. Accessories and medical products have only a 6% Michigan sales tax. All prices on the menu are pre-tax prices. Taxes are applied when the order is placed.
We hold orders for 24 hours.
Curbside pickup is pretty simple:
- Place your order at whichever location you plan to visit. Visit this link to find the location closest to you.
Your order will be available within 10 minutes and held for 24 hours only.
You should receive a confirmation text/email letting you know your order was confirmed, then another one when the order is ready for pick up. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact the store you placed your order at!
- Next you simply drive up to that location and park in one of the designated CURBSIDE PICKUP parking spots, you will see signs.
A budtender will come up to your car and ask for your name as well as your ID and cash for your order. They will then go inside and check out your order and bring it to you with your change and ID.
* We accept cash only. There are ATMs at all TFS locations.
Yes, you can do that. Please note, any discounts or loyalty points used will not roll over to the person who is picking up, as we use the account of the ID we collect at check in. This also means that the person who picks up the order is the person who earns those loyalty points.
Please make sure this person is also 21 years or older with a valid ID.
You are allowed 2.5 ounces per transaction, that can be divided up between edibles, flower, and concentrates.
Our website doesn’t have a meter that tells you if you are over your limit for that transaction, but our budtenders will give you a call right away if you end up going over your limit.
Login with your username and password to dutchie.com (the same info you use when placing an online order on our website). Once you are logged into Dutchie, you can navigate through your purchase history.
Unfortunately the state law is very restrictive when it comes to delivery routes/addresses, so we are only allowed to deliver to residential addresses. Therefore, we are unable to deliver to any campgrounds.
With any further delivery related questions, please call 906-401-0090 and ask to speak with the Delivery Dispatcher, who will help answer any technical questions about deliveries.
When we take a photo of your ID it is used to create a profile for you, simply to track your purchases, and any notes we may have for special accommodations or discounts. Please do not worry, as we are taking every precaution to keep your information safe.

Yes! We offer a $10 credit to any new customers. You must sign up for the loyalty program to receive this new customer discount.
