I had never actually been inside a cannabis shop before this one, so I had no idea what to expect. But I was super impressed! Everyone was really nice and informative. Excellent recommendations from the staff. The shop has a very almost fancy, VIP experience type of thing, which was incredibly cool. (at least that was my impression of it) All around good vibes, 11/10

Ordered and website said it would be 5-15 minutes and a text to say it was ready. No text, and website did not update, and when I called it rang until nothing. I put another order in at negaunee and same thing. Pretty sad about customer service. Never had an issue until this time.

If youre ordering online dont even waste your time, theyre too lazy to confirm the order half the time. But if you jus show up and go inside service is fast and longest ive had to wait is 5 mins, dont see why its such a hassle with curbside pick up tho.

Joining their loyalty program was a little frustrating and wish it was more simplistic and one step but I absolutely enjoy stopping in there, the staff is great. And very good at being descriptive in answering any questions! Bonus: they don't think any questions is dumb 🙃

I went into the Ishpeming store today and had a great experience starting with the receptionist Celia. She is very efficient and sweet. I was in for a pick up and had a mistake with my order so when I went back Rosie, who helped me the first time, was so amazing and helped me out more than I could have imagined!!! She is an amazing employee, who is great at her job!!!
