Offer available to new, first time members of The Fire Station’s loyalty program starting April 1, 2025. $5 off is the equivalent of 150 points; $15 off is the equivalent of 250 points. Free product must be selected from the list of products currently on promotion in The Fire Station’s “Daily Deals,” subject to store availability. Spend a minimum of $50 before taxes and fees to receive the $15 off reward. All rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of signing up for TFS loyalty. Allow at least 24 hours between each visit to receive subsequent reward in your wallet. Must be opted in to email in order to receive loyalty offers.

Unfortunately, no. Each wallet is unique to a phone number. The only work around would be for couples/partners to use one name for placing orders, picking up and redeeming points.
Yes, customers must sign up for the TFS Cannabis Club to start collecting points.
Yes, you can do that! The person who picks up will be the person who earns any loyalty points as this is the ID we collect at the time of check in.
*Please note, any discounts, loyalty points or coupons under your name will be voided as we will have to change the order to the person’s name who is picking up.
Yes! You can collect and redeem points under a single loyalty account at any TFS location.
Yes! You can collect or redeem loyalty points on any medical or recreational purchase from TFS.
No, your loyalty points do not get removed from your wallet until you check out with a budtender.
Yes. Beginning March 1, 2024, customer loyalty points will carry an expiration period of 365 days for inactive accounts. “Inactive” is stipulated as not having engaged in a purchase at any TFS location for a duration of 365 days or more. Should an account fall within this category, the point balance will be reset to 0. Any lost points due to inactivity are nonrecoverable. This change encompasses any legacy points customers inherited from prior TFS loyalty programs. Customers at risk of point loss will receive notification via email. We encourage continued patronage to ensure the sustained activity of your loyalty points.
