Need more rosin choices at better prices. Can’t compete with other companies if you don’t have the product the consumer is looking for.
I'm new to weed as I don't have much knowledge of it. Stopped here to buy some not knowing what I wanted and the person I seen was very helpful and recommended me to the right weed I was looking for. Very nice and helpful staff and I liked how theirs a tribal discount for being tribal. Very interesting experience for my first time.

I have to change my review. The people who work there are friendly and I've always been treated well but I stopped going after I bought two buy one get one deals on 200mg edibles and was given 100mg edibles to go with each one, which I find hard to believe wasn't on purpose. I didn't notice till I got back to Newberry. When I called I was told I could come back in to get it fixed, it's an hour drive. Your company sent me an email days ago saying to come back and get a free pre roll which the guy at the counter said he couldn't do because "it's probably a deal that starts in November, idk I can't find anything on it"... I can attach the email if you need, it's says nothing about November. It seems petty, I know, but letting an obviously upset customer walk over one free pre roll seems like a bad business practice. Anyways, hopefully this helps you better serve customers in the future.

The only dispensary I’ll go to in the Soo, everyone’s always great. Super helpful and informative whether I go in knowing what I want, or go in fully ready to be surprised with some choices. The whole staff is very friendly, and the store is always clean, best dispensary in the Soo by far and I’ll continue to go until I choose to relocate
Just went here for the first time since Weedmaps showed they carried CBD. Landon was friendly, helpful, and full of smiles! (Music tastes were rad, too!) Absolutely recommend.
Always have a good experience when I went there. Until I went with my dog and was told that would be the last time I could bring him in even as a ESA support. So I go where I can bring my dog

A few times waited so long we left. No customers in the store, everyone taking so long to get in, people admittedly there just to "hangout" while taking forever to get checked in...

I'm usually not loyal to any store or dispensaries and will always look out for the best bang for my buck. Fire Station has made me change my perspective, as not only do they consistently have good deals, but everyone on staff there has been some of the best customer service I've received anywhere. Staff like Landon or Kayla are always super helpful as I learn more about weed from them, and also are genuinely nice to talk to and have a nice conversation with while looking around. I cannot recommend this dispensary and their staff enough, and encourage everyone looking for on to come and stop by.
If you're looking for quality concentrates this is the place for a great deal! The atmosphere in this shop feels down to earth and the budtenders always remember returning customers by name!!! Darin S. always knows a good recommendation for whatever kind of vibe you're looking for!
First dispensary I've been to and honestly hasn't disappointed me yet. Super chill workers and calm but upbeat environment, workers are always open to giving their opinions and honest about the products. Workers Ryan, Darin, and Kayla were there my last visit and were dope to be around!

Will and Landon were such a help. The entire atmosphere so welcoming. From a "hello" at the door to "have a good day" at the end. Will and Landon were quick and efficient but didn't make me feel rushed.
Been a regular over at fire station for ever since the opening here in town, hands down the best spot. Agnes usually helps me out and she’s great! Super friendly along with the rest of the staff. Always impressed with not only the care the workers give to suit customer needs, but with the quality of product as well. Great spot, great peeps! 🤙

Stopped in earlier great service great prices! I did have a defective cart I didn't find out till I got home. Coil burnt out tasting very harsh on the select cart but that's the only issue.
Paid a visit to the fire station and had a great experience! Danielle was very pleasant and always smiling! Keaton was able to resolve an issue for me which was greatly appreciated! And last but not least, Darin is simply “the man!” He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Twas a wonderful experience all around! Keep it up team!

Absolutely awesome place. From the kind and always chipper receptionist, to the knowledge of the bud tenders. Just a great experience going in there. And with the absolute best prerolls in ALL the Soo, and very good competitive selection of flower, edibles, and carts. Just a great shop, I have been recommending it to everyone I know.

1st visit was amazingly smooth. Store was clean,and organized. Landon was very polite, funny, yet very professional. Really enjoyed his work ethics and attitude. Products I purchased were very satisfactory.
