I'm new to weed as I don't have much knowledge of it. Stopped here to buy some not knowing what I wanted and the person I seen was very helpful and recommended me to the right weed I was looking for. Very nice and helpful staff and I liked how theirs a tribal discount for being tribal. Very interesting experience for my first time.

I have to change my review. The people who work there are friendly and I've always been treated well but I stopped going after I bought two buy one get one deals on 200mg edibles and was given 100mg edibles to go with each one, which I find hard to believe wasn't on purpose. I didn't notice till I got back to Newberry. When I called I was told I could come back in to get it fixed, it's an hour drive. Your company sent me an email days ago saying to come back and get a free pre roll which the guy at the counter said he couldn't do because "it's probably a deal that starts in November, idk I can't find anything on it"... I can attach the email if you need, it's says nothing about November. It seems petty, I know, but letting an obviously upset customer walk over one free pre roll seems like a bad business practice. Anyways, hopefully this helps you better serve customers in the future.

The only dispensary I’ll go to in the Soo, everyone’s always great. Super helpful and informative whether I go in knowing what I want, or go in fully ready to be surprised with some choices. The whole staff is very friendly, and the store is always clean, best dispensary in the Soo by far and I’ll continue to go until I choose to relocate

I'm usually not loyal to any store or dispensaries and will always look out for the best bang for my buck. Fire Station has made me change my perspective, as not only do they consistently have good deals, but everyone on staff there has been some of the best customer service I've received anywhere. Staff like Landon or Kayla are always super helpful as I learn more about weed from them, and also are genuinely nice to talk to and have a nice conversation with while looking around. I cannot recommend this dispensary and their staff enough, and encourage everyone looking for on to come and stop by.

Been a regular over at fire station for ever since the opening here in town, hands down the best spot. Agnes usually helps me out and she’s great! Super friendly along with the rest of the staff. Stopped in earlier great service great prices! I did have a defective cart I didn't find out till I got home. Coil burnt out tasting very harsh on the select cart but that's the only issue.

Great experience! I was a customer at another local establishment but they had awful customer service. I found my store here! Best service thanks to Darin! The front desk girl I didn't get her name but she was very nice. Prices were also better here.

1st visit was amazingly smooth. Store was clean,and organized. Landon was very polite, funny, yet very professional. Really enjoyed his work ethics and attitude. Products I purchased were very satisfactory.
