The Fire Station Hannahville is conveniently located near Escanaba in the south central Upper Peninsula, just a short drive from the Wisconsin border. Located on the grounds of the Island Resort and Casino in Harris, Mich., TFS Hannahville offers customers access to a number of year-round entertainment options. From the casino itself which plays host to comedy shows and concerts, to an award-winning golf course and full-service spa, the possibilities in this beautiful portion of the U.P. are endless.

Selection and variety is always great. Everyone working is friendly and welcoming. Even on busy days they move smoothly and doesn’t take too long. Shout out to Terry K for his amazing customer service. Had him the last couple times we visited, Will be a returning customer!

Every time I come here, the flower selection seems to be getting better and better. Very fair prices. The flower and pre rolls that I got were very good quality and fairly priced! Travis was the one that helped me out and he was very nice and helpful! I appreciate all of the help from the people there!

It was our maiden voyage to The Fire Station and the experience was more educational and enjoyable than expected. Our budtender team member was Yolanda and she was extremely fantastic. We spent about 45 minutes of her time asking questions about products, she was very patient and willing to explain everything we asked. I just hope that next time we also get her (she has a very positive and personable demeanor).

First time at a dispensary and the bar was set HIGH (pun intended). Mandi was my sister's and my personal shopper. Being it was like asking a 2 year old which candy they want in a candy store (talk about overwhelming!), we had tons of questions! Mandi took the time to educate and never rushed us. She made a product recommendation that worked out great. She was super pleasant and very welcoming.

it was wonderful!! when we came into the door all we saw was a big bright smile. Travis had helped us find everything we needed and more. he helped us figure out everything we would want to enjoy our vacation and was very patient with us. He made it more of a friendly atmosphere and overall a great experience.

Everyone at The Fire Station was exceptionally kind and patient. Mandi worked with us and was thoughtful in her recommendations and so helpful with finding products that work with my partner’s food allergies. It really made for a five-star experience and I would recommend this location and its knowledgeable staff to anyone in the area.

First time there and had a great experience! Jackie was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Michigan and would highly recommend! They also have a great selection and pricing as well.

TODAY! My first visit and experience with a dispensary , It was a good experience. Was a long line of folks waiting to get in so left with allot of questions but was my own fault didn't want to keep people wanting. i was overwhelmed with choices of product and overall workings of the establishment. Definitely recommend but do some research. Other customers were also informative and open about their situations it was just great. I'll be back lol... Thank ya all @ FIRE STATION

We stopped at the store and was impressed immediately with the best customer service. The receptionist helped us become a member and received a discount on our first order. Our budtender Travis was amazing. He answered all our newbie questions and we had a lot. The show room had a wide assortment for us to view. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be back.

Like how products are displayed. Prices a little bit higher than other dispensaries. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with the products offered. I definitely recommend this store though. Stopped while on our anniversary, and I picked up a couple of products. Heather T was my budtender, she was very nice and very helpful. She brightened my day with her cheerful demeanor. Thank you 👍

This is a great place with great customer service. YOLANDA helped me out with a large order today and despite a discrepancy in pricing in my online order helped me get everything i wanted. Even though it was a busy day they got me in and out in a reasonable time. Prices are great and I will be back again in the future

As a Retired Veteran, who never had cannabis products in my life and was blinded by the stigma, it took courage to walk in to this store for the first time, last year. Nice place! Travis is the man. Should you ever stay at Hannavegas I suggest you take a stop at the oasis in the parking lot and indulge for the evening. When in Rome… do as the Romans do! Budtender Brooke was super helpful and so knowledgeable! She helped us pick exactly what we needed and was patient with all our questions. Definitely made our visit enjoyable and ensured us coming back! The selection and variety is outstanding. Quality of product is the best hands down

February 24, 2022 Dylan is with the Hannahville location. He is an outstanding and knowledgeable young man. As a senior citizen I was impressed with the kindness and patience he showed us as he explained different facets of the products and answered our questions. I’ve visited here a few times and my experience was okay, but my most recent visit was great thanks to my awesome bud tender, Brooke! Brooke got me signed up to their reward program I didn’t even know they had and started saving me big points, I never felt rushed, gave good and honest recommendations that did not disappoint, was super easy and chill to talk to, and I even left with an on the house birthday preroll from the rewards membership!

Great place, but the refer a friend didn't work, as the friend had a lot of points and I still have just the sign up points. Ontop that the new customer freebies advertised, nothing for me, and nothing for my mom who went in today new. Otherwise products are amazing and overall great place, yes it sucks they didn't honor the new customer stuff, but the people and pricing and the million ways to obtain it is amazing. If they help with at least the points I'll revise the review.
Edit: Five stars, all is good. This place has amazing people, and amazing products and simply just fun to head to. Any issues I mention above can be taken care of otherwise. Thank you.

Was a great experience. Decent variety at really good prices...on most. Only half star off for a lot of hinting towards the "better" stuff, but can't give 4.5.
Maybe a little shy on the flower selection, but really good stuff. I will definitely be making more visits.

After reaching out about a concern, they were so nice, and responded very fast, answering any and all questions I had. Very friendly and comfortable store...and the prices are pretty darn good in my eyes too.

I absolutely love this place. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The product is very good with a wide selection. They offer good information on there products and have speedy service. My only issue I have is the amounts they sell specifically there flower. I rarely see anything over 3.5g. It sucks to want more weight but have I'd have to pay double the amount I would have to pay in order to get what I want. It can really add up with purchasing. If they could offer more amounts other then there 3.5 and there rarely 7.0g. This would be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 review.

Firehouse is our favorite dispensary! Everyone is so helpful and makes sure you get exactly what you need. Definitely ask for Amy! She helped us today and was the very best! She answered all of our questions and adjusted our order for us when we realized it was wrong. We have never been disappointed with any product from here. Highly recommend!

Just recently tried this dispensary, an they're a great selection of products. What really pushed this over the edge to be a 5 star review was my Budtender, her name was Kelsey. She was so knowledgeable of all the products, asked great discovery questions to really find out what i exactly i was looking for. She made my experience 10000 times better. I will be coming back for the awesome products an great prices,and the FABULOUS customer service i received from Kelsey. Ill definitely be asking for her by name !

Thinking about checking out The Fire Station? You will NOT be let down! The customer service is amazing, they’re very knowledgeable about the quality of each product they have on shelf. Also with great recommendations for whatever it is you may be in search of, they got you! Not to mention the great display they have! You can look & smell before you buy flower. I promise you’ll always leave satisfied. Shout out to the bud tenders Joe & Kelsey & also the security guard Walker! They always have smiles and make you feel welcomed! (Not saying the others don’t, they’re awesome too, just mainly seen these ones when I would come in.)

Great deals and some great flower! The employees here are very welcoming and nice. I was greeted right away with a smile and was even told i can get a free joint for being a first time customer! Heather was very helpful making sure i was able to find exactly what i needed, she also gave great suggestions on what to try.

Very consistent quality of flower, I have visited cannabis shops coast to coast. Every Fire Station in the UP is fantastic. Its the best, price,selection,quality, and service. Thank you for forcing other MJ retailers to at least be realistic.

We went to four dispensaries within a 150 mile radius, and The Fire Station crushed it. Appearance, staff, selection, quality, efficiency… it’s all theirs. Mind you, reader, my experience was during the rebound/regression of 2021 and its pandemic. All things considered—their competition being observed—this business is a win-win. Ask your questions bc they care. Browse contently. Save a purchase for later. Return as a thoroughly satisfied customer (I did).
