Highly Affordable they have Great deals, im from central wisconsin so our total trip is usually around 8.5 hrs, the people working here are All very friendly & nice! The tenders dont really hang over me making me feel rushed wich is great! We could prolly go somewhere a bit closer, but friendly counts a lot in my book! They have a point system i just got $150 off my order!! Alicia O. My budtender was awesome! She was knowledgeable, she helped me pick some gummies, and most importantly she was super friendly! I love the Iron River Fire Station Dispenary. They're all very knowledgeable and friendly! They replaced the old cranky Id checker, with people who enjoy being there, they always have good music playing stuff that I've not heard. Personally I feel like they are overpriced, I got 2 half gram rosin pens and thc cream and it came to 175!?!? With a 5$ off. This will be the last time I will be going there just because I don’t think it’s worth the price, good to see they have JARS close by so I can get better products for a better price and not feel like I’m getting robbed. I mean it was my second time going and I feel my first experience was a lot better and maybe I got some sale items my first trip. I expect to be treated better with how much money I spent.

Wow! We are from Wisconsin but wanted to cross into Michigan to grab some great bud deals so we decided to check out The Fire Station! The front desk guy was really nice! Skunkle Mike was also great! He was VERY informative and treated us like fam! Super nice and had good tips. The deals here are unbeatable! I’ve never seen better deals in Michigan! I’m used to going to Buchanan but this place is top tier for affordable, bulk pricing. I recommend the Dragonfly cartridges (flavors are exceptional) and the 2/$40 ounces!!! 🤩

Not really the experience I was expecting. I wish we could've been serviced by someone more helpful. "Skunkle Mike" totally forgot about us(openly admitted) and focused on another customer instead. Didn't really help us with any questions at all. "Corrected" his mistake by giving a pre-roll that was on sale as is. Like we had questions and his main focus was getting us out of there. No point in coming back, might as well cancel the membership.

Ive been to dispensaries all across the Midwest and Michigan, and I can tell you this is a little Gem in the middle of all the big names, I will be coming back here mainly because of a man named Dolly, sounds funny but that budtender & his vast knowledge about the products he sells for firehouse, is the Direct reason I’ll come back to this location in iron river. They also do have pretty great deals, although a small location they definitely have some bang for your buck & always can seem to get you what you like by request.. I wish I could give this place 10 stars , mainly because of the staff particularly because of the gentleman mentioned above.. worth a visit even if you got a spot

My husband went to pick up an online order. The budtender messed up the order and my husband questioned the total cost. He was told, "go to Illinois and these carts will cost you $50". The budtender had double charged us for a cart we did not get, the cost of a cart which made our 10 for $100 deal plus one. They didn't fix the situation, they didn't provide us the cart we had already paid for. The manager had my husband drive back to the store to tell him he would be issued a store credit for future use.
Go to The Outpost in Crystal Falls for Intelligent budtenders that can math. Even Greenpharm has better customer service.

The Fire station could carry some more high end brands like HOG and Pro Gro mostly mids and lows here. However Uncle Mikes the best budtender i’ve had always personable, lot of insight and knows his stuff. Makes it worth the stop alone. I stopped here twice this past month they have stepped up their flower game with Penisula Gardens, Frosty Trees, uplyfted and a few others hopefully it keeps up. Been shopping only here since they picked it up.

Used to be a huge fan of this dispensary, no complaints and have spent a lot of money here. However, the last two times I have shopped I have received terrible cartridges. The “market” cartridges are downright dangerous - AVOID THESE. They leak all over and the oil taste bad. I took advantage of the 10 for $100 deal and 3 of the cartridges leaked out of the packaging. The top mouthpiece on one of them also came completely unattached and won’t stay on. I’ve had a lot of luck with their other brands (Drip, Earlking, etc) but was very disappointed with the Market carts. Hopefully they replace this brand with something healthier and higher quality that doesn’t leak into your mouth. Love this place and love being a loyal shopper to it but respectfully I can’t continue my loyalty selling leaky dangerous cartridges

My partner and I visited the fire station and upon entering we were greeted by a super friendly and fun gal! Once inside the store we were greeted by a not so friendly or knowledgeable guy. He was rude and not knowledgeable about the inventory or the products. He made us both feel uncomfortable being there. He said certain products weren’t in stock when they actually were. Which was confirmed by another worker there. When we are in town we will be going to a different store or location. I’ve had several experiences at different dispensaries in the area and have never felt unhappy leaving until this visit.

Great place. However my fiance has spent alot there. But no points. Last time we where there the gentleman remembered us and said he remembers alot if purchasing but no points. Even they are confused. We have reached out with no answer. Alot of money spent here with no points given to her. This happened to me at the green pharm and i was taken care immediately. Why cant firehouse be like this. This is the only reason im giving this 1 star. The difference between 1 and 5. Thanks

The atmosphere is so welcoming and upbeat! Add the amazing aromas of the store! 😀 Then the best part of the experience is the staff! They are always happy and seem to really enjoy being there and helping everyone!
I usually get Mike for a budtender and he's so awesome! He always takes good care of me. I hope I'm remembering his name right. He has longer hair and glasses. Say Hey to him!
Also I love their loyalty rewards program where you get points for what you spend and it turns into money! It's free! Just signing up gets you 150 points which that alone equals $5 off your order. On your first visit they also give you an extra $10 off. So right off the bat you get $15 FREE! You don't have to spend a certain amount to use it. One time I earned points fo $100 off my order. So next time I went in I got my order for FREE!!!
Their daily specials that are on the website and in store will save you a bunch! I get the 10 carts for $100 deal all of the time!
Also, Michigan's Cannabis tax is only 16% so it's like paying $12 per cart!

I know this is long, so moral of the story... Check out this store!

They have amazing deals- but are usually out of stock. The staff is really iffy. Sometimes they are in a great mood and want to help. Other times they make you feel like are taking to long. The inside is so small but they have excellent options for wax. They is a worker their with horrible dry skin and it just flakes off. What measures are taken so his dry skin does not get into product? If you go here expect at least a 10 minute wait to get in.

Stopped in last Saturday to a surprisingly near vacant storefront. Maybe it was due to the snow, but it wasn’t too busy. Brianna helped us out and was exceptional! I was greeted by the very pleasant Mindy upon entering. I've had Clinton recommend some good products in the past. This trip I was assisted by Bri and Taryn. They provided good advice and knew their product line very well. Mikey and Dale were helping other customers, keeping the place clean, and updating the very wide inventory.

There's really something for everyone with a crazy wide assortment of product running the spectrum. There is limited parking in front but just to the east about one block over is the city parking lot. There's a convent ATM inside along with a digital display with the menu.

Staff for the most part are friendly and products are constant. Downside is having to stand outside in the rain,snow , and heat for over 15 at least every time I go. If they would fix the system I'd spend all my money and support for this local company. Please find a better system, maybe try running curbside orders out?

I did some researching and found out the reason why you guys don't do curbside, I totally understand and look forward to your future curbside service! I did change my stars to a five thank you for having such a friendly staff as well!

I was a first time customer this past week and I have nothing but absolute positive things to say about this business. First off, you’re greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable worker as soon as you walk in the front door. She let me know everything I needed to before stepping inside the secondary doors for my purchase. The store is brightly lit and has all their options out in front of you to see. The quality and price is unmatched here. Absolutely loved my experience here and when I’m in the area on vacation, I’ll definitely be back!
