You gotta do something about these wait times in the pickup line. I get being busy but there are some efficiency and logistical issues going on here.
Great value for the product, and Great selection. Very friendly staff and large spacious property. The order pickup was slightly confusing, as there were curbside signs and we hadn't been informed that inside access was open again. This caused a slight wait. Spent a little more time than I would have liked, but definitely still worth it.
I went to this Menominee location and I cannot highly recommend it more! For the sole fact that Stelly the bud tender made it such a great experience! Not only did she answer all of our questions and let us send her all over the store floor, but she did it all so kindly and understanding! Thank you so much Stelly!! I’m definitely coming back with my friends and I hope we get you as our Budtender again!!!
You probably shouldn't have the line of online orders going through the parking lot of your new store. That traffic should not be routed that way... bad play on your end, Firestation. There should be a much better setup for online orders. What used to take maybe 15 minutes at most takes over an hour now. I waited for a little over an hour and only moved 2 car spaces in line. I left the line and placed an order next store at that shop. 15 min wait, and I was on my way! Online orders are meant to be quick. Don't have online orders if you're too busy to keep up. Being a busy store is not an excuse for a possible 2 hour wait. There are those of us who have chronic health issues and can't just sit and wait.
Got a decent amount of flower from these guys a few days ago. Almost all of it was dry as F. Some to the point where the flower would crumble with the slightest pressure. Still gets the job done, but really sucks the flavor and smell isn't as it should be. Reached out to them on their website and they never responded so here I am. True smokers know this is unacceptable and not the quality a dispensary should be providing. Very disappointing. Even asked the budtender multiple times if the pre packaged flower would be dry, she assured me it would not be.

Awesome business the people that work there are super friendly and understanding in answering questions. They know what they’re doing there and they know how to take care of the customers. If you have any questions they are eager to answer them great prices and great people.

Absolutely love the manderian confectionary omg it's like mandarin candy with some hash got me all bright eyed and cheery . Recently had some problems with flower they swiftly gave me my money back Evan tho that doesn't pay for the risk over the border.umm timing definitely could use some improvement spent 20 mins in drive through for a preorder .but thanks for the great customer service and Sunday g .m o was spectacular as well . yesterday got London pound cake only 50$ I think it was outdoor grown could hardly tell it was some great tastey smoke terpee slurpee was yummy as well these guys always have good smoke and products also got some hash omg 😮 I was higher than a kite

I understand you’re under construction but, the parking lot is a mine field and my car bottomed out twice, badly. I’ll be checking for damage. Also for a first time customer, it’s very confusing and the greeter just said “you have to make an online order” and handed me a tag. Ok, well… thanks for explaining how this works.

Not awful, not that great. Had never been there, confusing confusing parking lot, I also got yelled at for speeding like crazy in the parking lot when I was going a normal parking lot speed?? The employees weren’t that nice, guy didn’t know anything about the product, I wanted to leave but would’ve felt bad.
New to the area and was lost in their parking lot, which looks like an abandoned warehouse. Some worker came out yelling at me for going to fast when everything is marked with tiny signs, normal parking lot speed of 10 mph. Do yourself a favor and pick one of the other many dispensaries in town, their people are much friendlier.

It was a very busy day at The Fire Station but my bud tender Shaun was the best. Once he greeted me things went quickly. He was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. This is one of the many reasons i prefer TFS.

Now there's a difference between shake and trim. Shake I can smoke, trim you don't. When I got home after my 6 hour drive to realize I bought 2 ounces of *trim* and had no weed to actually smoke - disappointed wasn't even close to describing my feelings at that moment.

Parking lot is confusing need more people or better signs ! When is the construction going to be done not going back until it's done.only 1 car there fast service night be because of parking lot went past lume and it was loaded with cars.

I love FireStation. But I also go to other centers just to be fair. Personally I think Menominee has to many shops. Or just to many as close as they all are. Should be spread out more. Just my opinion.

Bree B was so helpfull!! She was extremely patient with my aging mother who is pretty yappy and has a lot of questions and never experienced a cannabis drive through. She was so patient EACH TIME my mother inquired about her senior discount. After all was said and done, Bree even offered mother a free pre roll because it’s her birthday month. Too bad she didn’t receive one for all the prior birthdays because boy would we have a zillion pre rolls. So thankful for all of her help and amazing attitude! She must also have an aging mother…or maybe she volunteers at an elderly center when she isn’t slinging green.

Deets is super friendly and when he couldn’t help with a specific answer he had Rico help us out who had already spent time on the phone with me the day prior and remembered our conversation. They are so sweet and super knowledgeable. I completely appreciate how Deets wanted to make sure he informed us properly and reached out to Rico to confirm and better recommend a products to help with my needs.
This is the only dispensary I go to and for good reason! The staff is kind, efficient and easy going. Don’t let the current drive through set up deter you from coming, people like KayLee make a fantastic experience regardless! Definitely my favorite dispensary in the area.

Well I have had a couple bad experiences. However those bad experiences they accounted for. The first time I got a bag of flour with seeds in it. I was pretty upset the second time I had an issue with a faulty cart. When I let them know about the cart they were glad to replace it as far as the seeds go, I don't mind because I grow myself, and the weed was still good. The manager was super super nice and I could tell he was under some stress so I kind of felt bad. I don't want him thinking I hate his guts or anything because in fact I'm very satisfied with the way he handled the situation I will continue to shop here because when I shop at the four-letter dispensary across the street they really like to screw their customers over.
