Located at 2840 S. 11th St, Niles, MI 49120, the new store will serve cannabis customers in Southwest Michigan and nearby Indiana communities. The Niles Township location is projected to open in late 2025 and will offer curbside shopping and pickup, seven days a week.

The new retail store is strategically positioned to serve not only local residents of Niles, Buchanan, and St. Joseph but also nearby Indiana cities such as South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart—all within a short drive of the Michigan border. While cannabis remains illegal in Indiana, Michigan law allows adults 21 and older to purchase legal cannabis from licensed retailers like The Fire Station when visiting the state.
