Coming Soon: The Fire Station Cannabis Company - Niles Township
The Fire Station Cannabis Company, a leading cannabis retailer rooted in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, is thrilled to announce plans for its 11th retail location—and its very first in the Lower Peninsula.
Located at 2840 S. 11th St, Niles, MI 49120, the new store will serve cannabis customers in Southwest Michigan and nearby Indiana communities. The Niles Township location is projected to open in late 2025 and will offer curbside shopping and pickup, seven days a week.
A New Chapter of Growth
Known for its exceptional customer service, community focus, and curated cannabis experiences, The Fire Station (TFS) has become a trusted name throughout the Upper Peninsula. With 10 successful locations already established in cities like Marquette, Houghton, and Sault Ste. Marie, this new expansion into Berrien County marks an exciting milestone for the company.
“We’re proud to bring The Fire Station experience to the Lower Peninsula,” said Logan Stauber, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Fire Station Cannabis Co. “This move allows us to serve more Michiganders—and our neighbors in Indiana—with convenient, safe, and welcoming cannabis access.”
Strategically Located to Serve Indiana and Michigan
The new retail store is strategically positioned to serve not only local residents of Niles, Buchanan, and St. Joseph but also nearby Indiana cities such as South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart—all within a short drive of the Michigan border. While cannabis remains illegal in Indiana, Michigan law allows adults 21 and older to purchase legal cannabis from licensed retailers like The Fire Station when visiting the state.
