Qualify for a med card at any age. Medical customers 18+ can shop at any medical retail store without a caregiver. Those under 18 must have a registered caregiver.

Check Your Condition
Qualifying conditions may include insomnia, anxiety, epilepsy, arthritis, cancer, OCD and more. Check to see if your condition qualifies on the Michigan CRA website.
Get a Written Certification
Consult your primary care physician or schedule an online appointment with a registered MMJ doctor through providers like Leafwell.com or NuggMD.com.*
Apply Online
Complete your application with the State of Michigan online at michigan.gov/CRAonline.
Pay the Fees
$40 | State registration fee
$20-$99 | Medical consultation**
Get Approved
The state will review your application and get back to you within 15 days.

The debilitating medical condition that qualify an individual for the medical use of marijuana includes 1 or more of the following:

- Glaucoma
- HIV Positive
- AIDS
- Hepatitis C
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
- Crohn’s Disease
- Agitation of Alzheimer’s Disease
- Nail Patella
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Arthritis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Colitis
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease
- Ulcerative Colitis
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Tourette’s Disease
- Autism
- Chronic Pain
- Cerebral Palsy
- A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or its treatment that produces one or more of the following:
- Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome
- Severe and Chronic Pain
- Severe Nausea
- Seizures (Including but not limited to those characteristic of epilepsy)
- Severe and Persistent Muscle Spasms (Including but not limited to those characteristic of multiple sclerosis)
