In Wisconsin, the legal framework for hemp-derived CBD products was established by the 2018 Federal Farm Bill and 2019 Wisconsin Act 68. Under these laws, adults can purchase hemp-derived CBD products over-the-counter at health stores, specialty shops, and other retail outlets without a medical card or prescription, provided the product adheres to the 0.3% Delta-9 THC limit.
Conversely, the production, sale, possession, and consumption of marijuana remain illegal under Wisconsin state law for both medical and recreational purposes. While Wisconsin does not have a statewide decriminalization policy, certain local municipalities and counties have passed ordinances reducing penalties for minor possession. It is important to note that local decriminalization is not legalization; these ordinances simply grant local law enforcement the option to issue a civil citation rather than make a criminal arrest. -Please have the appropriate amount of cash and a government-issued photo ID ready when you arrive. The 4 parking space behind our building will be designated for those who wish to order curbside, but have not yet placed an order. Our alleyway is reserved for those who have already placed a curbside pick up order. Please note that we are only able to fit 2-3 vehicles in this space. When exiting the alleyway you will only be able to turn right.
