Types of ratio gummies
The ratio you see on the packaging of marijuana products indicates the amount of milligrams of THC to CBD, CBG, THCa or CBN. There are several different ratios to choose from, including 1:1, 1:1:1, 2:1, 5:1, and more. Depending on the experience you are looking for, you can choose a ratio that tailors to your desire.
A package of gummies labeled 1:1:1 means that for every one milligram of THC, there will also be one milligram of CBD and one milligram of CBG present. A 5:1 ratio would mean that for every five milligrams of CBD, one milligram of THC is also present.
Something to consider when choosing your ratio is the level of high you’d like to experience. Ratios with higher THC concentration will cause higher psychoactive/intoxicating effects. Ratios with higher CBD concentration will create more therapeutic benefits.
1:1
For a smooth, balanced high.
This ratio is equal parts cannabidiol (CBD) to tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
1:1:1
For an inspiring, creative or social high.
This ratio is equal parts cannabidiol (CBD) to tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) to cannabigero (CBG).
2:1
For rest and recovery (with a standard-strength high.)
This ratio is two parts cannabidiol (CBD) to one part tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
5:1
For physical relief (with a less powerful high.)
This ratio is five parts cannabidiol (CBD) to one part tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
