Im kinda bummed with fire station in ironwood. They used to be amazing. The other day I came in for keef sodas and they didn't have any. So i asked if they had any other thc drinks and they said no. So i felt bad when I said that I wasn't going to buy anything and go to levels

Such a delight time in my short stay in Michigan. I was luckily able to get there when it had slowed down, so my check in/wait was slow. Good prices and service. Asked me what I was looking for, and they helped me find a selection of things that were on sale as well as things of I wanted to be spendy. Answered questions if I needed it. They walked me through what I needed to do if I had hit my limit. They are cash only though so be prepared. Friendly people, loved seeing their faces go pale when cracking inappropriate Asian jokes.

Absolutely delightful experience. Sierra was the budtender that helped us, she is very knowledgeable! The rest of the staff we interacted with were also incredibly friendly. The selection for somebody like me, who had never been to a dispensary before, was a bit overwhelming. So if in the same boat I would recommend looking at the menu before you go because it's like being in Willy Wonka's chocolate room. So many options! Despite there being several firehouse locations this will definitely be our one of choice just due to the warm and fuzzy welcoming/friendly encounters we had with the lovely people there.

I live in Minnesota and this is the closest dispensary. Even though it is a four hour drive, I have no problem making the trek. Each time I’ve gone in, they’ve been very helpful to me. I have chronic pain and difficulty sleeping. Sierra K was absolutely amazing! She answered every question thoroughly and was so helpful. Following her advice, I was finally able to sleep through the night with little to no pain. I will continue to drive out there as often as I need to because you really can’t put a price on being able to sleep through the night.

Love my FireStation peeps! I wish i could remember everyone’s names. Brian is often there checking people in, extremely friendly and very efficient. All of the budtenders i have had have been extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and give extremely good recommendations on products to try based upon the effects I tell them I am looking for, and more importantly they give great advice on what to stay away from when I tell them what effects i do not enjoy. Since the FireStation opened in ironwood I no longer need to go to any of the other places, my tribe is here, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are great. Yes you can buy expensive stuff, but if you’re on a budget they also have lots of budget friendly options along with their bougie stuff.

Shenoa was fun, responsive and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with her! 🙂 The only thing I could say that would’ve been helpful was to have receipts. We made three purchases, and asked for a receipt with one, but forgot to ask for receipts on others and they weren’t provided. Asking customers whether they want these hardcopy or digital would be helpful.

She went above and beyond making sure all of our questions were answered, and our transactions were to our satisfaction. This was my second time at the ironwood location and both have been excellent the products are great the service is good very little wait time! My bud tender today was Justin and he was awesome he helped fix a issue with my rewards points and I ended up being a 96 cents short and was kind enough to pull a dollar from his own wallet to help me out which I'm truly thankful for! Fire station is my favorite dispensary to go to when I'm looking for cannabis in any form, and theres plenty of choices in the area. My bud tender Shenoa was very nice and informative, if I came in with questions she had them answered before I needed to ask.

Incredibly kind staff! They’re so friendly and lovely to chat with while you wait too. Wait time is quite short, even during a rush. They work very efficiently.

The space in this shop has a great vibe. There is plenty of room with display cases in the center of the room, as well as, on the walls so you can peruse a lot of product. Firstly , the space is beautiful. Brand new building . The young woman who greeted me was so friendly and laughed at my dumb joke. Then I got to work with Nate. He is amazing. So kind. And efficient. It's OK. Same selection as everyone else. But they made me leave and come back for separate orders. I wasted to much time 2 hours!!. I won't be back. To many other places to choose from. They don't ever offer a first time discount.

I went to the fire station in Ironwood MI, and spoke to a bud-tender named Gabe. It was my first time to a dispensary and he hooked me up big time! Walked me through the selection and gave his own recommendations based off what he’s tried, and what he suggested ended up being my favorites out of all my purchases. Definitely coming back to the fire station next time

There was a line going outside so it was kinda busy, but when you go inside and see the prices, specials, and quality of product, no wonder it was busy. The only down fall is minimal parking near the building. All of the employees were wonderful, helpful, and kind to make suggestions.

Excellent service throughout the entire visit.They have a vast selection of all products. The flower, however, samples are under glass in display cases so one could actually examine and smell it if they chose instead of being handed a package of hope it’s good. I got helped by Bianca and she was so kind and helpful! She was excellent at showing me products and good deals. The quality and pricing is really great. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back in the future and hope to be helped by Bianca more. She is very easy to talk to and really pleasant. The guy at the front desk (i believe his name was Owen) was very nice and it was an easy and fast process to get to the back. It's very clean and the lighting is great. Instantly cool vibes walking in with the beautiful art on the walls. Front desk lady was friendly. Getting in the store area we were directed to a register and greeted by Nate dawg. He was so fun to shop with, very cool personality and kept the jokes coming. He has a positive energy and was able to answer all our questions quickly. The product is just as he described as far as the effects, he really knows his stuff! Loved the store and the experience and the product and prices of course I’ll be shopping here!

Fantastic service and probably the best location in the UP I've visited thus far! David was my budtender and was great about answering all my questions and providing a quick, seamless checkout that allowed me to get what I needed with ease. Also the attendant checking people in was fabulous too, I didn't get a chance to grab their name but on 05/29 later in the day, was super friendly and welcoming. Hopefully I'll pass through here again sometime soon!

Store was nice, being a new build was rather to be expected. Fresh open so a lot of the shelves were empty but I’m sure with due time they will fill up. Not disappointed with the current selection. All bud is pre packed. This was an issue because until after I got home realized it was packaged in November of 2023, it is currently May of 2024… I paid $70 for a quarter of Glitter Bomb which looks and smells amazing, but the buds age showed with its dryness and the way it crumbled into dust upon a light squeeze finger grinding… I asked for a few specific grams of concentrates but again when I got home realized my tender grabbed the wrong one.

Holy cow, this place is fantastic! All of the employees were extremely friendly and happy, knowledgeable and patient. We went on Grand Opening Day, shortly after they opened and everyone was excited! Sophia, the bud-tender is an amazing human, helpful and provided one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a dispensary.
