Are there purchase limits during Green Wednesday sales in Michigan?
Yes. Green Wednesday doesn’t change Michigan’s standard cannabis purchase rules. Adult-use shoppers must follow the same limits they follow all year.
In Michigan, adults 21 and older can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis per transaction, with no more than 15 grams of that coming from concentrates. There’s no daily transaction limit, as long as you stay within the legal possession amounts. For possession, you can carry up to 2.5 ounces in public and keep up to 10 ounces at home. Anything over 2.5 ounces at home must be stored securely.
Medical customers have their own allowances, including up to 2.5 ounces per day and 10 ounces per month, along with CRA equivalency rules for infused products.
